About Laura Lynn Burke
Burke is CEO and founder of Footprints International dba The Mortgage Institute, training and consulting company, designed to promote business ownership, entrepreneurship, sales & marketing and customer service. The Mortgage Institute offers special training within the mortgage industry.Laura was also a TV talk show host, on CAN TV, Chicago Access Network serving one million viewers. Her show “Knowledge and Wealth to You!” can be seen on the Views and Issues show, produced by Audrey Forrester.
Laura has also written a series of online real estate/mortgage related online training courses, for The Institute for Visual Education.
Burke also serves as an instructor and facilitator for the Illinois Tax Training Institute, for all three of the enrolled agent courses; Individuals, Business and Ethics. She will also be writing a new program for entrepreneurs starting up their own tax business!
Laura Lynn is a graduate of the Illinois Tax Training Institute; she has also successfully completed all three SEE tests to be an enrolled agent. Burke is planning on taking the Federal Tax Court test in November 2010, to be approved as a United States Tax Court Practitioner, USTCP.
Burke is CEO of Professional Tax Masters, Inc. PTM‘s specializes in assisting tax payers with tax liens, negations, payment plans and offers in compromise. We also work with business clients; corporate, partnerships and sole proprietors. PTM also preparer’s individual tax returns as well as amended returns.
She has taught for the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers, Education & Training Co, and other organizations. Many of her programs provide continuing education hours necessary to maintain the requirements mandated by the industry. Laura also provides private corporate training programs and seminars to the public.
Laura also served as a trainer for Pre-Paid Legal Services, “Fast Start to Success Program” and Small Business Trainer for Go Small Biz.com owned and operated by Fran Tartkenton, business entrepreneur, retired NFL Super Bowl player and member of the NFL Hall of Fame.
Burke recently signed a book contract to write a chapter for a new book, Stepping Stones to Success Goals & Proven Strategies from the Industry’s Leading Experts, co-authored with Jack Canfield and Deepak Chopra.
